              Retry min limit:7 RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off
              Encryption key:off
              Power Management:off

Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
              Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:0 Missed beacon:0

I just dealt with this same problem here is what i did to resolve it.

    Download rfkill from http://wireless.kernel.org/download/...ll-0.4.tar.bz2

unzip the package and install. unzip it then change directories the file that gets extracted. then run the commands "make" and then "make install" and it should install for you.

then you need to run the following commands right after each other in terminal.
    rmmod ath9k

    rfkill block all

    rfkill unblock all

    modprobe ath9k

    rfkill unblock all

    ifconfig wlan0 up

also please note that ath9k is the driver i am using it may be different for you. you can see what driver your wireless card is using by typing airmon-ng into terminal then just replace ath9k in the commands with what ever driver your wi fi card happens to be using.

also you may need to run "rfkill unblock all" a few times to get this to work.

i hope this helps you because i spent sometime last night trying to resolve this issue ansd just got it resolved this morning. lol it is funny how we both had the same issue at about the same time.

After i research i take this issue is for VMware not for BT4 R2 .

But my Question is How BT4 Final dosent have this problem and R2 have this issue ?

And when this issue will be Complete Fix ?

    Thanks .

well, i had this issue, but it was totally my fault. When i hit the hardware wi fi power button on my laptop it turned off my wi fi card and i couldn't get my wi fi card to power back on. This has been an issue for a long time. Linux sometimes dosent recognize your wi fi power button and so when you press it it turns off your wi fi card and pressing it again dosent turn your wi fi card back on. It is a driver issue. I solved the issue with the tutorial i posted. Sometimes you can solve this issue by pressing your wi fi button right when you see your boot logo, but i didn't have success doing it that way. lol ive had this problem ever since i started using linux.. i should have known not to dump my wi fi button cause it has always caused problems. I am using a backtrack HDD install btw so the issue isn't with vmware. In my case the issue happened to be with my wi fi card.
