How do I work wg111v2 with back track ?

I have backtrack 4 and its loaded with VMware player I have a netgear wg111v2 which i was told should work. I did some fact finding and some sites talk about injection or certain drivers. How do I inject and get these drivers for it and get backtrack to load it. when i type airmon-ng I dont see any model of any cards loaded. I have connected the usb wireless card into VMware player but no pick up at all. I am new to this can anyone help?

Yep, two options. Buckle down and realize this isn't the easiest distro in the world to start with and realize you are going to have to figure simple things like this out yourself or grab Ubunutu and learn Linux in a more user friendly environment.
