Default Noob - aireplay-ng command help

Pretty much complete noob here. Im trying to mess around with bt4 learning little by little through tutorials and such.

Im trying to crack my wep, I ran airodump-ng -c -w --bssid and got it connected in one terminal fine and dandy. I can see my iphone as a client under the bssid as well.

Now im trying to capture data packets, and the next step I saw was to run:

    aireplay-ng -1 0 -a (bssid) -h 00:11:22:33:44:55 wlan0

When I enter it, it sends about 10 times and says attack unsuccessful. I know im using a correct wifi adapter, an alfa, and have cracked my wep months ago on bt3 fine.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is there other commands I should be running? (Im in monitor mode, spoofed my mac to 00:11:22... I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any tips?

    Thanks in advanced guys.

You could just go ahead and see if it is working with one of the more or less automated scripts coming with Backtrack at first.

If they succeed look at them, what they do and try to manually reproduce it.

I see, which type of automated commands should I be looking at?

Could be due to signal strength. Or maybe you turned on mac filtering in the mean time?
Are you sure your device is wlan0? When i do this airmon-ng turns my default wlan0 adapter into virtual one in monitor mode called mon0.
