aspire 5741G nplify(BROADCOM),boot,tg3 problem fetching invariant chips in bt3,4,4r2

Hello all,
I have aspire 5841G laptop with Nplify 802.11b/g/n. it woks fine windows 7 but when i boot BT3 from USB modem using Universal USB installer; the system works and boot with no error, but the wlan not recognized.
I tried BT4 but the sysetm hanged with "tg3: problem fetching invariant of chip, system aborted" and the light of the wlan flashs and when I type "iwconfig" the system recognize it as eth0.
In BT4R2 the system hanged with the same error but the wlan light dosent flash, and the system did not recognize the wlan when typing "iwconfig" as there is no wlan.
I searched for a proper solution but i didnt find, Im new with BT and Linux and my english is not perfect.
please I need to know what is the actual cause for this problem and how can i solve it
