Linksys WUSB100v2(rt2870) injection driver?

Happy new year all

So...I want injection for this wifi dongle. Which Backtrack should I use(BT3,BT4pf,...)? Which driver should I use that is compatible with the kernel? How to install it properly.

I have read thousands sites and still can't get the answers.Some say no more install BT3-it's old,some say install bt4prefinal,others say "no.install the latest backtrack it's more stable".I'm confused.I'm complete newbie when it comes to Linux and this is confusing me more.

It is working with the integrated driver and it even supports injection. Thanks
