dual booting backtrack installation

i wish to install backtrack to my system but i already have windows 7 installed on one partition and ubuntu installed on one.(Note: ubuntu was installed inside windows using the Wubi installer). so can i now install backtrack...my doubt is that would it have any effect on the ubuntu already installed...

If Backtrack is on its own partition, you should not have any problems.
