I was dual booting using Windows XP Pro and Ubuntu 7.04, I partitioned and installed BackTrack 2 using the installer and it wrote to the MBR like it said it would.

I have the configuration from GRUB before I installed BackTrack which is below.

So can anyone help me fix this all up so that I can boot into Ubuntu, BackTrack, and Windows? Any help would be much appreciated, I'm sure this would be easy for anyone who's not a noob.
