    Default WICD / Changing networks

When I disconnect from one of my networks and try to connect to another, wicd keeps connecting to the first one. Why's that? I have to reboot to connect to my second network, so it looks like I have to 'clear' something before being able to connect to another network. Right?

    Thanks.

Anyone? C'mon, that problem cannot be that hard.

Or maybe it is. I saw across the net people having the same problem - and no answers.

    Hmm.

Try manually connecting to the networks.

Have you checked the "Connect automatically" box?

This happened to me a lot on Backtrack R1. Seems better in R2. Never figured out what was happening.

It has happened to me one or two times also while running wicd, so i agree that best solution is to connect manually.
