No usable wireless devices found(BackTrack 3)

hey all,,

am using BackTrack 3 -> VESA KDE (mode)
when entering Internet->Wireless Assitant
it show me this message :

"No usable wireless devices found
wireless assitant will now quit"

while in "Windows XP" it finds wireless networks!!

My Wireless Card:
Dell Wireless 1395 WLAN Mini-Card

*Note : i'm using VirtualBox for the BackTrack

BackTrack 3 is no longer supported by these forums--you might try upgrading to BackTrack 4 and see how that affects your problem.
