In Win7 with a VMware to load BT4, I went into Network & Sharing Center, then to Change Adapter Settings. I found my Realtek and right clicked and went to properties. From there I clicked the Sharing tab and set the Realtek to share it's connection with VMWare 08 which is the NAT setting in VMware.
When I boot BT4, it recognizes the Realtek and monitors. I still have to work out the injection bug though. Any thoughts are welcomed.
Just connect your antenna with vmware, right under in the sreen of vmware and open a terminal.
airmon-ng stop
ifconfig down
iw reg set BO
ifconfig up
airmon-ng start
Then when error132:
rmmod rtl8187
rfkill block all
rfkill unblock all
modprobe rtl8187
rfkill unblock all
ifconfig up
airmon-ng start
Goodbye.
