Making Fake Wireless Access Point with airsnarf-airbase

Hi, I am new to backtrack and I would like to know how to make a fake wireless access point with airsnarf-airbase. I am on my school's cyber defense team and we are supposed to know how to make fake access points for our next lab. We are supposed to make it very credible. Thanks.

If you are in that team that I guess you should have a teacher who should teach you how to do it.
Do you even know what those tools do ? or are you just looking for a tutorial to copy/paste commands and tell everyone how 1337 you are ?

I would ask the teacher if it wasn't my assignment to figure it out. I don't really know what those tools do but i know airbase makes the access point ?
I would appreciate knowing what they really do and I am not trying to be l337 or whatever. I'll look for help somewhere else if that's what you think.

You misunderstood me, the point was not for you to be 1337, I just told you that you should take a look for what those tools actually do before attempting to use them, there is a lot of documentation on their official site, also a lot of tutorials here on this forum just use the "search" function.
