The only way to get IV's faster is packet injection and your card doesn't support that. Your card supports monitor mode so you can crack wpa with it. You just need to capture the 4-way handshake.

Can somebody tell me how can i get IVs faster? I cracked WEP 11 hours.

Monitoring supported
Packet injection NOT supported.
Can i also crack WPA, WPA2-PSK with it?
I am using Backtrack 4 r2
