Default Backtrack wireless via bridge using Virtualbox?

I've booted into BT Live and was able to use the wireless adapter.
So I ran Win7 and using Virtualbox mounted and then installed BT4.
I am able to get online by setting the Guest's Network to NAT, but obviously I want to connect as Wireless, not Cabled, so want to bridge the Host's adapter in the Guest.
I have found a few techniques using Google, tried them but didnt really get what I'm looking to do.
Not sure where else I can ask, so hopefully backtrack-linux.org can advise me?!?

And how exactly is this related to Backtrack ? Except the fact that you want to run Backtrack in your VirtualBox as a Guest I don't see how.
This is a VirtualBox issue so I suggest you read their manual and ask them for support.
