...did an "apt-get upgrade" and automagically it started working again. Didn't pay much attention to what packages were being revised, but I’m sure something in the Aircrack suit updated, fixing my/the problem.

aireplay arp replay failures
Hello All,
I'm having some problems replaying captured arp requests... I'm getting a very generic error "fopen failed: Input/output error"
I've tried replaying the arp request via a live capture, and saving the traffic then replaying (-r) it through aireplay (Aireplay-ng 1.1 r1738).
I know this hardware supports injection...
I'm thinking it's permissions related, perhaps I jacked up the file permissions that are needed for aireplay to temporarily save the identified arp packet before it's replayed, as i use bt for my primary (linux) OS...
