    Default High Temperature

    Hi BT’s

    I have installed Backtrack on my laptop. When I do noting the temperature runs up to about 65 Degrees Celsius. When I run some programs the temperature runs even more up, until my laptop shuts down whit the error “critical temperature”.

    Is there someway to fix this problem? Perhaps to lower the CPU speed?

    Is there some way to check what percentage your fan is running at in bt2?
