Well the main problem here is you are using a pentest distribution to listen to music, or play media.
Backtrack was not intended to be used as a regular distribution.
And this is not a Backtrack related one, you should contact firefox support.
Hello there, all. I'm obviously running bt4, and for a while, was getting both confused and aggravated when, at seemingly random points, Banshee would stop playing any kind of media [including radio. I mean all media, not just all media on disc.] After some time passed, I noticed it had something to do with Firefox.
I don't know if it's when FF is trying to buffer media, or anything, but that's about the time that I can no longer play media. The same effect is had on all the other media players, as well.
I was curious if anyone else had been having this problem, and if so, what there fix was.
Just because it doesn't take long at all, I even tried reinstalling to see if I screwed up something when setting it up... It doesn't seem to matter- Firefox always just beats up my media, I guess.
