USB wifi adapter for wireless N networks -help

Well I'm new here, bla bla bla.

I'm wondering will the alfa awus036h connect to a wireless N network to perform monitor and injections?

If not, can someone recommend a usb wireless N network adapter that will perform just as good as the alfa awus036h straight out of the box!

and of course i will be using it on windows 7, backtrack 4 and vmware.
