    Default Wifi help

    Hello .
    Am new to Back track .
    Am using HP pavillion dv2 system.
    Am not able to connect to the wifi .
    Am not sure wheather the drivers are installed .
    How can i download and install the wi fi drivers in my HP pavillion dv2 system ?
    Pls help .

    Well considering the fact that all members here posses telepathy powers we already know the name of your wireless card and weather you run Backtrack in a Virtual Environment or not. (huge sargasm.)

    Seriously could you give us some more details ? Like the name of your card, the issued commands you tried to start the networking, their output, etc.
    Back|track giving machine guns to monkeys since 2007 !

    network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4322 802.1a/b/g/n Wireless LAN controller (rev 01)


    Ethernet contorller: Realtek semicondoctor co.,Ltd. RTl8101E/RTL8102E PCI express fast ethernet controller (rev 02)

    Tried
    /etc/init.d/networking start

    /etc/init.d/NetworkManager

    lspci - to know my hardwre specifications.

    THis is my wireless card info .

    etwork controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4322 802.1a/b/g/n Wireless LAN controller (rev 01)

    when i tried airmon-ng , it did not come up with anything at all ..
