IPW 2200 Cant Associate

Hi all, I read some old post some user of IPW2200 card can asociate with router and do injection to router and some cannot. Myself trying on BT3 and BT4 also facing the same problem is cannot associate with ro
uter no matter how close to the router. I'm having TL-WN321G and TL-821N USB Wireless and due to the signal strength from IPW2200 are stronger and WN321G not able to pickup enough signal to crack.
Anyone have better solution for the IPW2200? If still cant solve then have to consider to buy another new USB wireless card, and hope that anyone can recomend stronger signal model and suitable for BT4.
