Well maybe give us some details about the commands you used, port etc.
Also you can try medusa see if that works.
Hi.
I tried to crack my router password (Sitecom ADSL2+ 54G) using xHydra. I have a BackTrack 4 Final Release installed on my PC. I made a simple wordlist where I included the router password and I started Hydra. The process goes smoothly without any error, but in the end hydra just finishes the job without recovering any password.
I have had success trying to find a Trendnet Access Point password before.
Thank you for your help!

Hi
Thank you for replying me. I appreciate it.
I used port 80, protocol http-get, number of tasks 1. Then I tried with http-head, but it didn't work. Here is an snapshot of the results.
Thank you again.
URI path is not correct, you should read more about what you actually want to do.

seems you did not modify the uri path of the get command, in the xhydra footer we can see "/foo/bar/protected.html"
