There are many scripts available on this site. Unless there are some that stand out as being extremely helpful to a wide user base they probably won't get packaged and added to BT.
However anyone wishing to use them feel free to do so.
Generally it is a matter of copying the script and pasting it into a file with your favorite editor, giving it execute permissions and running it.
