Black Screen of BackTrack 3

Hey all,
I am trying to load BackTrack 3 into my PC via VirtualBox and i succeed to load (boot) the .iso
but it shows me black screen all the time when up to the system.

like at first i can see BackTrack's logo and booting sentences but when it finally loads the system i get a black screen.

Upgrade to bT 4 final. There is no support for bt3 here.
