No. You can always remove through apt or whatever what you do not want and or use and or need.
However you are on your own for this.
To be successful here you should read all of the following.

    Dear Super Moderator :
If i want to custom backtrack to my favorite basic command line version with your hint , i must have much more time to remove hundreds of tools to be installed , This is HARD and don't usefull .
How can i use backtrack vmlinuz with its initrd alone ?

Already asked and answered. If you don't know the answer to this you're in no position to actually do it.
Capitalisation is important. It's the difference between "Helping your brother Jack off a horse" and "Helping your brother jack off a horse".
