Offline dictionary attack with Grim Wepa

Hello. I want to ask if anyone knows, when i have capture a 4 handshake file,
how can i do a dictionary decryption of the key, with the use of aircrack-ng?
Or can i do it inside Grim Wepa?
If any one knows, what is the command i 'll write in terminal using aircrack-ng.
Is like this?
aircrack-ng -w wordlist.txt -b wpa-01.cap?

I have this key saved from the folder of Grim Wepa (wpa-01.cap).
Can i used it to crack it? And with what way?

I can bet that you will be advised to do some search or google it.
I only give you a suggestion: copy this ,, wpa cracking aircrack-ng ,, and paste it here Google then read through.

There is hotline somewhere here on website, call BackTrack team, they turn up straight away at your door, have your laptop/PC ready....
