    Default VPN for backtrack

    I'm a kinda new to linux, just a few month of experience. I wanna install a PPTP vpn client on my backtrack 4 R1 , ( I found openvpn but no instruction how to use it ), any help would be highly appreciated. thanks for your time

    Here is a good idea, look on BT and see if there is not already a vpn client and or server setup. Once you find out let us know.

    pro-tip:
    apropos
    and/or
    updatedb && locate
    and/or
    apt-cache search
    should be your first instincts on backtrack when looking for particular packages.

    apt-cache search pptp
    reveals a number of pptp related clients and servers.

    locate shows a number of tools to play with over a pptp link (or against a pptp capture in the case of asleap)

    apropos revealed nothing.
