Hello Backtrack user,
I installed Dante-server from bt repositories (packages) using apt-get install dante-server 1.1.18.dfsg-0.2. I updated (apt-get update, apt-get upgrade) before was anything done.
After it was installed, I tried to modify danted.conf, but mest up. I made too many unfinished/unclosed danted.conf files in swap.
So i deleted danted.conf, don't ask why, i just did, felt better after this frustrashion.
Tried apt-get remove dante-server.
Then apt-get install dante-server.
Thought this would recreate danted.conf file, but didn't.
What should i do to fix this mess?
EDIT:
Code:
root@bt:~# apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
