MITM Attack Iphone with backtrack 4 ??

Like the title says, I wonder if there is any kind person who would help me to hack such an Iphone via backtrack and get root access.

Examples of things I want to do with the hacked phone.

• Reading the cache where all keystrokes saved
• Read address book, calendar, emails and text messages.
Even deleted messages can be read.
• Listen to the phone's microphone
• See your photos and videos
• View incoming and dialed numbers
• See where you surf and read your chat
• Keep passwords such as the up, and bank details
• The hacker can see where you are by your phone's built-in GPS
• He can activate the camera and take pictures wherever you are
• The hacker can send SMS messages to expensive toll numbers or false SMS from your phone. You have no ability to see in retrospect that someone sent SMS messages in your name - no trace left in the outbox.
• The hacker can trick you into thinking that you turned off the phone, by switching off the screen and leave the phone turned on in the background, when you press keys to turn it off.
