    Default payload via share

    Im Testing a network and at the moment all we can access is the public share, can a msf payload be copied to the share and executed to give a session and then use priv to direct to c: and hashdump also the external hd is also visible to the net.We want to secure this but clients not taking notice until proof is shown.

    yes we have permission Black box test. We dont want to crash the network so want to check with you guys if its possible.

    All your posts are confusing! Without a shred of detail! Are you sure you read the material "metasploit-unleashed"?

    It is the trivialization of pentest, without knowledge to do the same!

    A better idea would be to check with your employer. Or the documentation of both the tools you are using, and the network you are targeting.
    Further still, ask a lawyer in regards.
