Might want to consider adding an option to update Nmap's OS fingerprint database.

wget -O /usr/share/nmap/nmap-os-db "http://nmap.org/svn/nmap-os-db"

Idea was taken from firebits' post.

nice scripts have been using it for a long time now, but after updating to 1.95 I get these error messages:

/root/scripts/btupdate.sh: line 72: =/opt/firefox: No such file or directory

cat: /pentest/exploits/SET/src/version: No such file or directory

I know nessus isn't installed so that is right that he can't find it but SET is installed but is missing the version dir (I added it but I asseam that isn't right) also firefox is installed and update to v4

Update to version 1.96 Below is the change log.

I may be waiting till version 5 comes out to do much more as it will probably break a lot of stuff in this script.

NMAP Update will install and/or update GCC.
Firefox will remove this software source for your sources.list file if it exists.

Using the btupdate.sh -u will put the updated version in the working directory but will not delete the old version (sorry about that)

I was able to fix the SET bug in the new version.
