Backtrack 2 Wont Support My Previously Supported Card!
I have a dlink dwl520+, prism2 chipset, and it's not supported on boot, Backtrack tells me I have no wireless cards. On all previous backtrack and auditor live cds, there hasn't been an issue. Any help? Is there a manual way I can configure it or something, I only know basic bash and linux, so any help/ideas are really appreciated.

I dont see anything, the card doesn't associate with any adapter, but it did with previous versions of auditor and backtrack...Originally Posted by pbjones81
this is just a guess but i know hostap drivers are the only drivers that dont load automatically . try
modprobe hostap_cs and put your card in. see if thats works, remember this is just a guess.
