    The point of the exercise is to work it out on your own. Perhaps you should read up on common encoding formats used on the Internet.

    OK, spoonfeeding time is over. Yes, as others have mentioned, its Base64, and you can tell by the characters used, the line breaks and the ending characters (=). When decoded it contains a Windows executable.

    To some of the posters above - people don't learn to think for themselves if you just tell them the answer...
