virtualbox kernal error :S

hi all .. hope having good times ..
am still facing a problem with the virtual box :S .. the error tells me that no kernal found .. even i have bt4 final and bt4 r1 ,,, and i had tried every thing :S the dkms is final and kernal is final and i made dist upgrade .. and still facing the problem ...
now i have formated the pc and setup the backtrack 4 r1 again .. so now my bt is not updated or upgraded .. so if some one shows me the true steps for installing vbox ... and thanks for all

root@bt:~# wget -c http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/3.2.8/Virtualbox-3.2.8-64453-Linux_x86.run

root@bt:~# chmod +x Virtualbox-3.2.8-64453-Linux_x86.run

root@bt:~# ./Virtualbox-3.2.8-64453-Linux_x86.run

Now it 'with you!

:S:S .. my bro .. it had installed succesfully :S .. but when i press on it and try to start the vbox .. nothing happen :S .. i tried from system>oracle vm ..
and tried from /opt/Virtual box
:S
but nothing happen ... hope there is a solution ... and thakns for your help
