But seriously, I think you should know if you are using a 32 or 64 bit machine, and as you probably don't, I'm going to say download the 32 bit one. A deb will be your best bet (get it from source if possible).
It should be strongly noted that your requirement to ask the question indicates a fairly heavy knowledge gap that you will need to overcome before you can use this distribution properly - there isn't a really big red button here.
