Default Connect my LG Chocolate Touch as an ext hdd

I am using VMware workstation to run backtrack 4 so there are inherently some issues that come with it but I have been able to manually "connect" my phone to the vm. The problem is mounting the phone as an ext hdd.

I have tried fdisk to view the available drives but only this shows up (abbreviated)

    Device boot System
    /dev/sda1 * Linux
    /dev/sda2 Extended
    /dev/sda3 Linux swap / Solaris

Before changing any file, you must configure VMWare to recognize your external drive (LG Chocolate).
And another thing, this is not the place for your doubt! Wrong topic.

Ok just because the HDD is recognized by the virtual machine software does not mean it is mounted in the guest.
fdisk is a disk partitioning utility. Use the mount command instead. #man mount
To be successful here you should read all of the following.
