BT4 and DSL connection (there isn't pppoe.conf)

Guys, i have BT4 OS in my computer, in the truth my BT4 is a Virtual Machine Imagem. I got access internet connection ( confuring my vmware like NAT.)! But I would like to try connect via PPPoE my DSL connection; in my BT4 when I type "ifconfig" don't show ppp0 interface!!! When i go in /etc/ppp/ I can't find pppoe.conf file!

When i type pppoeconf command, show up a message saying that i dont have pppoe.conf file.

I have Debian OS here, i get connect via PPPoE no problem, in my Debian I just type pppoeconf and finish. But i can't do it with my BT4.

Guys, how can I solve this problem?

So, i saw thoses topics; but I need to make PPPoE connection, this information isn't in those topic. So, i will go to say what i would like to do: I just wanna to input my USERNAME and PASSWORD for connect my broadband connection, i don't want Local Connection, i need to connect my PPP0 interface, but i can't see it those topics that you show me before. So, how can I solve this situation? I don't have pppoe.conf file, this is a restriction because i'm using BT4 Vmware Image version or not?

How i said before, i get make a internet connection! Buuuutttt i need to make a PPoE connection!
