    Default Hydra: attacking problem

    Hey,
i have the last release of BT from this site, using the hydra installed with system (installed on virtual machine). My dictionary's size is 8 MB, I use it both for the password and login (so the statement look like that: hydra -l login.txt -P pass.txt ip_adres ftp ). The message I get is:
Error: Child with pid 8793 terminating, can not connect.
    and this error continue like:
Error: Child with pid 8793 terminating, can not connect.
Error: Child with pid 8794 terminating, can not connect.
Error: Child with pid 8795 terminating, can not connect.
Error: Child with pid 8796 terminating, can not connect.

What is the problem and how can i solve it?

You should probably go ahead and read the documentation.
To be successful here you should read all of the following.

try verbose mode to see what goes wrong.
