Neophyte. What to do after installation...

I've been wondering what to do after installation. Installed BT4 final. I have of course searched the forums intently. I'm pretty sure I have to reinstall my wireless driver. I have an ASUS U43F laptop I've been working with. Just really unsure if I am needing to install most of these drivers or if they are accessed by BT.

I've been delving myself into a knowledge of books and other sources about programming and sorts learning all that I can. Glad to be apart of the forums and I thank everyone for this great source of knowledge available. I will strive to not be a gnat. Thank you in advance; I will be as cooperative as I can to help anyone to help me.

What a vague question. Is something not working properly or are you looking for suggestions on what type of things you can do with BackTrack?
