    Default wireless range connection

    hello guys
    well i am troubled with a problem of linux in general not just backtrack but since i tired it and it is like i wanted it to be i am gonna say it here hoping that there is a way to fix it or improve it.
    ok my problem is that when for example i have a wireless network that i barely reach with my wireless card i cant connect to it while i am on backtrack of course but when i try with windows it connects to it so any idea i can improve it or something???

    Try increasing the TX power using iwconfig.
