Waiting Ati-driver fix, I describe the way to install Ati driver, Ati Stream sdk 2.3 support opencl 1.1, CAL++ and module for pyrit on Backtrack 4, R1, R2.
Requirement
Ati Driver
ATI Stream SDK built for 32-bit Linux®
CAL++
Download all in home folder and open terminal in that location.
Commands
-Install Ati Driver

chmod +x ati-driver-installer-11-?-x86.x86_64.run
./ati-driver-installer-11-?-x86.x86_64.run

Don't change anything and click "continue""agree""continue"
Verify if the driver is rightly installed

aticonfig --initial=check

If not found

aticonfig --initial

Reboot
Installation complete
-Installation Ati Stream SDK
Before continuing check if your video card supports Stream and Opencl
System Requirements

tar -xvzf ati-stream-sdk-v2.3-lnx32.tgz
cp -r ati-stream-sdk-v2.3-lnx32 /
nano ~/.bashrc

Scroll down to the bottom of file and change

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=opt/oracle/instantclient_10_2

in

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH

and add

ATISTREAMSDKROOT=/ati-stream-sdk-v2.3-lnx32
ATISTREAMSDKSAMPLESROOT=/ati-stream-sdk-v2.3-lnx32/samples
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=opt/oracle/instantclient_10_2:$ATISTREAMSDKROOT/lib/x86
export ATISTREAMSDKROOT
export ATISTREAMSDKSAMPLESROOT

Save and close nano.
Then

cd /
tar xvfz /ati-stream-sdk-v2.3-lnx32/icd-registration.tgz

Reboot or logout and login.
Installation complete

-CAL++

cd
apt-get install libboost-dev cmake
tar xvfz calpp-*.tar.gz
cd calpp-*
cmake .
make
make install

Installation complete

-CAL++ version of Pyrit

apt-get purge pyrit
svn checkout http://pyrit.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ pyrit_svn
cd pyrit_svn/pyrit
./setup.py build
./setup.py install --record ~/pyrit.txt
cd ../cpyrit_calpp
./setup.py build
./setup.py install --record ~/pyritcalpp.txt

if you have some errors can remove the installed files with

cat ~/pyrit.txt | xargs rm -rf
cat ~/pyritcalpp.txt | xargs rm -rf

The procedure is identical to compile Opencl version of pyrit, but CAL++ is faster than Opencl version, especially with the series hd5000.
Check the video card is used by pyrit

-GPU performance is reduced on system with Hyper Threading

NVidia/ATI GPU driver requires at least one real core per GPU for efficient work. With HT enabled, the driver needs to fight for CPU cycles with CPU computing core. This leads to GPU starvation and decreased performance. The problem can be solved by reducing number of running CPU-cores: Open '.pyrit/config' and set 'limit_ncpus' to the number of physical CPU-cores.

I have instal bt4 r1 vmware image and I have problem with my graphics card.I tray intall this driver,,but no luck.
I have FireGL V5200 graphics card.The esolution is fine,but refresh rate is 0.This is the picture of my desktop.
This is only when hawe install bt in vmware,iso or vmware image.Install on hdd is fine.

@Smoker: Yeah, this won't work on a virtual machine because VM-Ware will only emulate a graphic card, so you can't install the real ATI Card on the VM. Try to use the BT4R1 Live CD. This should work even if you dont install Backtrack to your system. You have to install this again if you restart your PC so i would recommend installing BT4 for the sake of performance and persistens.

Thanks for replay. I finally got the answer that I looking for few days.I updated the video driver on my operating system,windows 7,but dont work.
Now that I know the answer, I accept that my desktop in the vmware is not be the same as in the insatll iso on hdd.
I shall consider your opinion and install the bt in hdd.

Well I followed the instructions as posted and it seems to be working although I'm somewhat surprised with the benchmark results.

Computed 2995.98 PMKs/s total.
#1: 'CAL++ Device #1 'ATI'': 2868.2 PMKs/s (RTT 2.9)
#2: 'CPU-Core (SSE2)': 311.5 PMKs/s (RTT 3.0)

This card is a Radeon HD 5450 so somewhat a lower performance card but still?
Also the benchmark doesn't show details of the card so perhaps I've missed something.

The proc is an AMD Althon X2 6400 1MB L2 Cache

Can anyone offer some advice on 1) are the results typical and 2) why does the benchmark not identify the HD5450

1) I don't know...the score seems low but it's possible. Ask developer on pyrit google group
2)Try to update pyrit.
I'm not an expert on pyrit, I am able to make it work on backtrack.

I am sure, I do apt-get update and upgrade. How can you upgrade this?
