Hi,
How are you running backtrack, VM/USB/Live CD?
What is the output of iwconfig?
I'm running bt4 final iso on live cd and when i type iwconfig i get lo no wireless extensions.
eth0 no wireless extensions.
wmaster0 no wireless extensions.

judging from what it says above it looks like its found my card but still wont work
When you say that it 'wont work' can you expand on what you've tried to do so far in terms of connecting to a wireless network, or anything else you're intending to with it.
Then post the output of what you've done here, including what you've done to start networking.
Thanks
