Default Installing Backtrack v2 on an apple mac - aircrack issue

    hi guys and girls,

im new to this, so please excuse any ignorance or unboundedness on my behalf.

I am trying to install Backtrack on my macbook, either using VMware or Parallels. I have been able to install it with the help of a guide on how to install on parallels, however, I am not able to get my rt2570 card to work in aircrack.

After typing: airodump-ng rausb0 it just freezes...

Has anyone been able to successfully use aircrack, emulated on a mac?

    thanks

I was able to successfully install it using the following guide:

    garrett.reid.org/backtrack/

Now my macbook can use aircrack in Linux. yay!
