Default [Help] GRUB After Install to External USB

Hello all, My first post so...Hi!!! ^^

Anywho,Ive reinstalled Win 7 from general useage, Burned Backtrack r-1 to a dvd booted it as LiveCD and installed it on a flash drive, For some reason it installed the grub on my internal hdd and now without the flash drive in the usb i get GRUB error 21 How woul i go about solveing that ?

Also when i boot the bt from the flash drive it was installed on it still has an "install.sh" on the desktop, is that ok ?

    Thanks to all in advance

You should read up on what you are trying to do. If you would have done so, then the above would not have happened and this thread would not be needed.
I mean there is really no sense in downloading the ISO then making a DVD just to make some sort of bootable flash device.
    Try the tutorial on unetbootin.
To be successful here you should read all of the following.

Failure to do so will probably get your threads deleted or worse.
