Receiving deauthentication packet in aireplay (fake auth fail)

Hi guys, i am with a big problem and i please want your help.
So...

I have 2 AP's, one in my home, and other in work, to use my cell in lunch hour ^^
They names are HOME and WORK, respectively. (all uses WEP)

I did a test yesterday and i get my passwords because my AP's, but i'm no worry because i live in a house with a big terrain and i only turn on my work AP in lunch hour

So, today, i changed the passwords and tested again (no mac filtering), but i cant retrieve the passwords. After some search, i found that the problem is that i cant fake auth the AP.

BUT without the "Association sucessful :-)"

Someone can help me please? This problem suddently appeared.
