when you type iwconfig do you see by your wlan0 "AP not associated" even after trying the below??
ifconfig wlan0 down
iwconfig wlan0 mode managed
iwconfig wlan0 key XXXXXXX
iwconfig wlan0 essid MYNET
iwconfig wlan0 channel 6
dhclient wlan0
then it goes trying to contack dhcp but after a few tries, no dhcp responded to request. I know it works because I'm able to connect from my windows box... any help appreciated
