    Default Dumb question, most klikely the dumbnest ever

    Sow I downloaded BTR 4, it is a zip file, I unzipped and burned but that did not make the dvd bootable now what?

    You need to download the .iso to make a bootable dvd or usb drive.
    Also you need to search.

    Sorry, but I did download the ISO, unzipped and I have 2 maps; casper and boot. Non of them look remotely lilke ISO? Try to burn ISO on gburner but does not see the file as burnable ISO.

    Well when I download any iso I get a file xxxx.iso, and when I download a vmware image I generally get a xxx.zip file. So again you may be mistaken.
    Try downloading the iso again. Either way there are guides again in the faq on how to do what you are doing.

    First.- Download BT4 R1, here:

    Second.- BURN in DVD *.iso or can u make a booteable USB (4GB Need) with unetbootin

    What ever program your using to handle zip files etc, is treating the iso like one, I think winrar does this ie lets you open an iso and even turns its icon into a zip archive, this is not a problem. Download freeisoburner, place a blank DVD into your dvd writer, point the program to what appears to be the zip folder, click okay and hit burn. There are no silly questions only silly answers.
    Sometimes I try to fit a 16-character string into an 8–byte space, on purpose.
