SET /Metasploit problem

I've looked for a way to fix this haven't found anything when trying to do anything in SET that uses metasploit i get this:

or something similar depending on what I used to encode. Metasploit works fine manually and in fasttrack. I just started using SET so I'm guessing its something simple I don't know about. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem, but only with the java applet attack method. I am able to use the metasploit browser exploits. I've tried using different payloads, different encoders and even no encoders, and I have had no luck with the java applet exploit.

Have you updated metasploit? Move to the frame work 3 path in a shell

cd /pentest/exploits/msf3

Then do an svn update

svn update

Then svn update SET in the same way.
