It would help if you told us which card & chipset you have, otherwise we cannot really point you anywhere.

I have a integrated wireless 802.11g and it won't work with backtrack. Can link me to some drivers the supports linux other than ndiswrapper. I want to master a lot of tools that ndiswrapper doesn't support.

Sorry about that. Its integrated and its Realtek RTL8185 54M Wireless Lan Network Adapter.
AFAIK that chipset is only supported through ndiswrapper, you'd be better off getting a well-supported card.

Thanks for your help. One more thing. Can you link me to ndiswrapper because I have never used it. And I am new to Linux.
Sure! Try here.
