ettercap all hosts

when trying to attack all hosts ettercap get no results at all , wondering whats going wrong ?!

just started unified sniff --> wlan0 --> scan for hosts --> and performed Arp poisoning then start sniff

from consule

root@bt:~# ettercap -T -i wlan0 -q -p -M ARP // //

also no results , any suggests ?

IM sure by the time this is approved someone else will have asked you but hev you read the ettercap fourm's or searched have you edited your ettercap.conf file?

Any screen output at all?...this isnt much to go on..
