Default kde4 package installed -now how to remove kde3??

I just installed kde4 using synaptic, but kde3 seems to still be everythings default.
System options, themes, window manager, everything is still kde3.
How can I remove kde3 completely?

We can't really support you using kde4.
Further I doubt you will be able to get it to work since the devs' worked on this long before bt4 final came out and basically gave up at this point and time.
To be successful here you should read all of the following.

    Try this dude :

    wget ftp://ftp.slackware.com/pub/slackwar...remove-kde3.sh
    chmod 700 remove-kde3.sh
    ./remove-kde3.sh
