This really has nothing to do with Backtrack except that you were using it when you deleted your folder, you can google for answers if you wish.
Restore deleted files
hello All, i have a problem please help. Using the live cd ive deleted a folder by mistake. My hard disk is split on 3 - C, D, E. The deleted folder was on E part. Is there any chance to restore it? Ive tried some restore programs in windows but i cant see it. I suppose that backtrack live cd is creating kind of image.. and the deleted folder is there, but how to find it? Is it a good idea to start the live cd again and try to restore it with any linux restore tool?
